Treasure Coast Kennel Contract

Please make sure you read and fully understand this sales agreement before you place a deposit on any breeding

Unless special agreement is meet in advance, all puppies will be registered under Treasure Coast Kennel (TCK).   The owner understands the puppy will be permanently registered under these initials, in addition to whatever personal name the owner chooses.  Registration papers will be mailed separately after the puppy goes home.

Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health upon delivery or pickup. If for some reason this is not the case buyer will be notified. If the buyer chooses to receive the puppy in the condition it is in the seller is no longer liable for the condition of the puppy, any medical cost's or other responsibilities.

Buyer is responsible for taking the puppy to a vet with in 2 days of delivery or pickup. Any problems must be brought to seller's attention immediately. If the puppy is found in poor health, we must have a written statement from a licensed vet stating the problem. If the buyer chooses to keep the puppy in the condition it is in we will not refund any money or cover any vet bills. If the buyer chooses to do so the puppy will be returned to us at our own cost and replaced with another puppy of the buyer's choice, of equal value.

Shots and deworming, including Heart Worm are the responsibility of the buyer after the puppy is in their possession. All puppies will be wormed and have shots appropriate to their age at the time of the delivery or pickup. If a puppy develops an illness related to lack of shots and/or deworming that is the buyers responsibility and the puppy will not be replaced for any reason.

When placing a deposit on a puppy please note that we do not guarantee that any color, or color pattern will be produced in any litter.  Deposits are not refundable, but transferable for any reason having to do with coloring or color patterns. All deposits are non refundable, but transferable do to the following: If there are not enough of the sex you have requested, not enough puppies in a litter to cover your pick. If the puppy you choose dies or develops a life threatening condition before the age of 8 weeks we will refund or transfer your money. If the buyer for any reason not listed above backs out of a sale no money will be returned, but credited to the buyer to use at a later date.

All puppies must be paid in full by the time the puppy is 6 wks old, if this is not possible you must notify us to set up other arrangements. If you do not follow through with other arrangements made by the time set up by our agreement all money will be transferred and your pick will be put up for sale. Puppies can be picked up or shipped out at the age of 8wks old if they are paid in full. If shipping is needed buyer will provide the amount needed and we will set up the shipping arrangements needed. A fee of $250.00 covers most shipping, but it may vary depending on size and age of the puppy. This amount covers create, health cert. and transportation fees.

To make payments we accept Pay Pal, Postal Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Western Union. Please no personal checks. For our mailing info please contact us.

When putting a deposit down on a puppy please note that picks are set up in order we receive deposits, because of this we recommend sending deposits as soon as possible to ensure your pick will be held, but this is not a guarantee as we feel first come first serve is the fairest way to go

Puppies  registration papers will be sent to owner by mail 2-4 weeks after purchase.
